MaquinAgro Usados publishes this information in good faith but does not guarantee that data provided by third parties is error-free. Before formalising a purchase, we recommend that you confirm all the machine's details with our team.

2. Prices and availability

Prices are shown in euros, excluding VAT unless otherwise stated, and may vary until the transaction is confirmed. The availability of published machines is subject to confirmation at all times. A published machine may have been sold or reserved; we will inform you as soon as you contact us.

3. Role of MaquinAgro Usados

MaquinAgro Usados acts as a dealer and intermediary in the sale of second-hand machinery. The sale is formalised between the buyer and the seller of the machine, with the support of our team for documentation, transport and follow-up. The specific conditions of each sale are set out in the corresponding contract.

4. Documentation and transport

When requested, we arrange export documentation and transport of the machine. The cost of these services is quoted in advance and is not included in the published price of the machine unless expressly stated.

5. Liability

MaquinAgro Usados shall not be liable for damage arising from misuse of the website, from information provided by third parties or from purchase decisions based solely on the published data. The buyer is responsible for verifying that the machine is suitable for the intended use before purchase.
